I write, I blog, I make bad jokes, I'm a Registered Nurse (Cardiovascular / IMU), and I have been a contributor with SunkissedFame.Com for all things relationship related.

I have tons of talents and interests that can't be niched into one specificity. But, what I do know is: I love to help people. 

So..

I currently reside in Houston, TX, where I was born and raised. I have a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences with a "minor" in African/African Diaspora Studies from The University of Texas at Austin where I also juggled trying to get a degree in rhetoric and writing or something in psychology (clearly, I just wanted to do it all). As you can see, I found a way to still appease my writing habit! I love anything that has to do with bettering People of Color and Women! So yes, I'm a Womanist. 

I love red wine, talking trash, and I love reading multiple books at a time. ALSO, I like to think I've lived a pretty colorful life when it comes to experiences even though I'm still young. 

Anyways...

I know we all have our experiences with life - the successes and the failures, as well as with love and things that feel like it. Well, I'm here to express my opinions, feelings, and utter disgust towards it all! (Jk) Being 20-something feels like a fun-filled ball of anxiety. Being a current nurse and trying to find balance with life, I felt it'd be fun to track the progress and share any tips and tricks, as well. So, I'm here to give you all of me (thanks, John Legend).
