I write, I blog, I make bad jokes, I consistently frolic through life trying to find its meaning, and I have been a contributor with SunkissedFame.Com for all things relationship related.

I have tons of talents and interests that can't be niched into one specificity. But, what I do know is: I love to help people. 

So..

I currently reside in Houston, TX, where I was born and raised. I have degrees in science-related things and human development. But, I had to find a way to still appease my writing habit! I love anything that has to do with bettering People of Color and Women! So yes, I'm a Womanist. 

I love red wine, talking trash, and I love reading multiple books at a time. ALSO, I like to think I've lived a pretty colorful life when it comes to experiences even though I'm still young (my back may have something to say about this). 

Anyways...

I know we all have our experiences with life - the successes and the failures, as well as with love and things that feel like it. Well, I'm here to express my opinions, feelings, and utter disgust towards it all! (Jk) Being 30-something feels like being in the eye of the storm. One step in the wrong direction and BOOM, catastrophe, but I love it here. Being a healthcare professional and trying to find balance with life, I felt it'd be fun to track the progress and share any tips and tricks, as well, as they come to mind. So, I'm here to give you all of me (thanks, John Legend).
